Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in or promote illegal activity, including consumer fraud, money laundering, sale of illegal goods, or violations of sanctions and export controls.
• Send spam, deceptive marketing, phishing, or unauthorized commercial communications.
• Upload, transmit, host, or distribute malware, exploits, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt systems or harvest credentials.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or access the Service in ways not expressly authorized by us.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or networks; reverse engineer the Service; or interfere with security or rate limits.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use, including third-party logos, photos, menus, or copyrighted material.
• Process special categories of sensitive personal data unless the Service expressly supports that use case and you have an appropriate lawful basis.
• Process the personal data of others in violation of applicable privacy laws or without required consents.
• Engage in payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent refund activity.
• Use the Service in ways that abuse, overload, degrade, or interfere with the platform or other users.
• Misrepresent your identity, your business, or your affiliation with Hypeify.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy and, where required by law, report illegal activity to authorities. We may also remove offending content with or without notice.
