Refund and Cancellation Policy

How billing, cancellation, refunds, and add-on packages work.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and renew at the end of each monthly cycle. Cancel any time before renewal to stop future charges. Already-paid monthly fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for a 12-month term. You may cancel any time, and your access continues to the end of the paid term. Annual fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Setup, Design, and Implementation Packages

One-time setup, design, restaurant implementation, or bookkeeping onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except where work has not started or as required by law.

Custom or Enterprise Engagements

Refund and cancellation terms for custom or enterprise engagements will be governed by the applicable order form or signed agreement.

No Guarantee of Business Results

Subscription fees pay for access to the Service. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome — including revenue, sales, customer count, or operational results — and refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with business results.

Cancellation Timing

Cancel from your billing settings before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellations apply to future renewals only and do not retroactively refund the current term.

Data Export Before Cancellation

We recommend exporting your data (menus, customer lists, books, reports) before canceling. Access to the Service ends at the end of your paid term, and exported data is your responsibility from that point forward.
