Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to manage them.

Template draft for attorney review — not legal advice. Do not rely on this language as final terms before a qualified attorney reviews and finalizes it for your jurisdiction and business.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser that help us recognize your device and remember preferences. We also use related technologies such as local storage, pixels, and SDKs (collectively, "Cookies").

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

Essential — required to operate core features such as authentication, session management, security, load balancing, and the shared sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in across Hypeify products. These cannot be disabled.

Preferences — remember choices like language, layout, last-used product (e.g. Host, Books, Terminal, Hospitality, Fleet), and other user-interface settings.

Analytics — measure how visitors interact with the Service so we can improve performance, reliability, and design.

Marketing — used for measurement of campaigns and (where applicable) personalized advertising. May be set by us or by third-party advertising partners.

3. Managing Your Choices

When required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential Cookies. You can also manage Cookies through your browser settings, your device privacy controls, or the cookie banner provided in the Service.

Some browsers offer Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signals. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out signals.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some Cookies are placed by third parties such as analytics, advertising, or payment providers. Their practices are governed by their own policies. See our Subprocessors page for an overview of vendors we use.

5. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy as we change which Cookies we use. The version and effective date at the top reflect the current revision.
