Subprocessors

We use the following service providers ("subprocessors") to help us operate, secure, and improve the Service. The list is current as of the effective date above.

We may update this list from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here, and where required by law or contract, customers will be notified separately.

Vercel — application hosting, edge delivery, and CDN.

Cloudflare — DNS, edge cache, DDoS protection.

Supabase — managed Postgres database, authentication, and file storage.

Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.

Plaid Inc. — third-party data aggregator that connects to user-selected financial institutions on the user's behalf and returns transaction data to Hypeify Books for use inside the user's workspace. The user authorizes Plaid at link time; Plaid handles bank credentials end-to-end (Hypeify never sees them). Plaid's own privacy practices are governed by plaid.com/legal/end-user-privacy-policy.

Resend — transactional email.

Twilio — SMS for marketing campaigns and operational alerts.

Google Analytics — anonymized product analytics.

Sentry — error monitoring and performance tracing.

OpenRouter — AI gateway that routes assistant requests (for example, "Ask your books") to the underlying model provider. Prompts and relevant workspace context pass through OpenRouter to generate responses.

Anthropic — large-language-model provider whose models power assistant features and drafts (accessed via OpenRouter).

OpenAI — vision and language models used for selected features, including receipt OCR in Hypeify Books.
