Hypeify Host provides software tools for restaurants and similar businesses. Hypeify is not the restaurant, food preparation provider, delivery service, payment merchant of record, or other operational party unless we expressly say so in writing.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of menu items, descriptions, prices, taxes, fees, hours, availability, ingredients, allergens, nutritional claims, photos, promotions, refunds, chargebacks, and order fulfillment.

You are responsible for compliance with applicable food safety, labeling, allergen disclosure, alcohol, health-department, employment, and consumer-protection laws in every jurisdiction in which you operate.

Customers placing orders through Hypeify Host should verify pricing, menu accuracy, and allergen information directly with the restaurant before relying on it. Hypeify is not responsible for food quality, ingredient accuracy, allergic reactions, preparation, packaging, delivery delays, or fulfillment issues.

Online ordering, payments, refunds, and disputes are subject to the third-party payment processor's terms. Funds are settled by the payment processor to your designated account. Hypeify is not the merchant of record for these transactions unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

If you connect third-party delivery providers, marketplaces, or POS systems, those services are subject to their own terms. Hypeify is not responsible for their availability, fees, fulfillment, accuracy, or chargebacks.
